Known as the ‘fairytale home of the Duke and Duchess’ and looking royally beautiful all year round, Inveraray Castle and its gardens are a 42-minute drive from us here at Tyndrum and make for an excellent day out.
Many generations of the Campbell family have lived here and the castle offers an insight into the heritage of their ancestors and how they lived. Inveraray Castle is situated on the shores of Loch Fyne and is a fine example of Scotland’s finest architecture with its grand gothic design.
