Formerly known as Oban Camping and Caravan Park but now spruced up and going by the name of Oban Holiday Park.
You’ll find Oban Holiday Park set within the beautiful area of Gallanchmore, which covers 340 acres by the sea in the West Highlands of Scotland with magnificent views to the Island of Kerrera. You’ll feel a million miles away from the bustle of modern life, but just three miles down the road is the centre of Oban with its shops, restaurants and many other things to do.
Oban boasts an 18 hole golf course, cinema, bars, restaurants and shopping – look out for tweed mill bargains! A summer evening stroll along the fishing pier is popular with visitors and locals alike, or a walk along the Esplanade to look at the visiting yachts. Most of all, relax and enjoy the gentle pace of West Highland life and the friendliness of the people.
Oban is also the perfect base for heading off to explore the western Isles of Scotland. From Oban you can take a ferry to Kerrera or a little further a-sea to the islands of Lismore, Mull, Iona and Coll.
